During that time Guy has served as Head of Revenue Assurance (UK) for Cable & Wireless. Head of Revenue Assurance –Protection for Cable & Wireless Group, and BI Development & Contribution Assurance Manager for ntl:Telewest.
Prior to working in industry, Guy was a consultant in the Information Systems Assurance division of Ernst & Young, London.
Guy is well known in international revenue assurance circles through his contribution to discussions on Revenue Assurance and best practice Business Intelligence.

Mario has focused on the successful design, development, adoption, commercialization and implementation of fraud management, billing verification, revenue validation and margin analysis solutions currently installed and in operation at some of the world’s largest communications carriers.

Neil has eight years of telecommunications industry experience in revenue assurance, data analysis and data quality. Neil has spent most of his career at One2One/T-Mobile and his roles include serving as a Revenue Assurance Technical Consultant and as a Data Quality Technical Consultant.
Neil's particular strengths combine his revenue assurance background with his data analysis skills to help identify revenue leakage and implement new revenue assurance controls.
Neil is proficient in Oracle, SQL Server, Unix, Business Objects and Data Profiling.

Gordon Fordred BComm., BSc (Hons), MSc, CFA
Gordon has 5 years of experience in the ICT industry in the UK and South Africa. His revenue assurance experience includes in-depth knowledge of CDR generation and rating assurance. Gordon has worked for several operators on projects to optimize revenues through analysis, test and reconfiguration of switch CDR output. Gordon was also credited with generating over $30m additional revenue per annum for one UK operator through his bespoke rating analysis and assurance tools.
Gordon is a versatile consultant and is as comfortable reviewing business strategy from an economic perspective as he is at mastering engineering detail. His other roles have included strategic consulting on new business development and acting as advisor to CEO, CFO, CSO and CMO executives.
