Eric has over ten years of telecommunications industry experience in revenue assurance and data integrity. During that time Eric has served as Head of Revenue Assurance Controls for Cable & Wireless Group, Best Practice Manager for Revenue Assurance, Billing and Carrier Services for T-Mobile UK and Billing Integrity Manager for Worldcom UK. Prior to working in industry, Eric was a consultant in the Information Risk Management division of Deloittes, where he also trained as an accountant.
Eric is well known in international revenue assurance circles through his contribution to the TM Forum’s Revenue Assurance program. In the UK, Eric is best known for his detailed critique of billing accuracy regulations.
